Q: How do I order?
A. 1. Simply click on the ORDER FORM link in the dropdown menu in our website page
Fill out the necessary information, shipping details, payment option and read through UNDO’s Terms and Conditions.
A. 2. Once read and agreed upon,click on the SUBMIT button and wait for our invoice via SMS within 24-48 hour.
Q: Can I find your store in a mall?
A: UNDO is an online store. All of UNDO's items are only available online. However, we also join pop-up bazaars. For updates, follow us on Instagram (@undo.clothing).
Q: How much does your MTO service cost?
A: MTO items are priced just the same as the on-hand items except for big sizes and custom designs.
Q: Can I order via SMS or Viber?
A: We only acknowledge orders via e-mail, or online order form.

Q: When is the Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) for MTO items?
A: Usually the process takes 7 WORKING days to 9 WORKING days after we receive your payment

A: 100 PHP - Metro Manila
150 PHP - Provincial

Q: What's your return/exchange policy?
A: Please choose carefully when deciding to order a specific item as they are limited editions and mostly accepted for MADE TO ORDER.
For MADE TO ORDER items, we are unable to accept returns/exchange unless the items are damaged or lost during the transit. The best that we can do is size alteration with additional fee. Please take note that the shipping fee from and to the consignee's end should be shouldered by the consignee.
